Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. This is because orders are immediately transferred to our warehouse and their system for processing and dispatch. 

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular, we recommend double checking your email and delivery address.

As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email is sent. 

Unfortunately we are unable to merge multiple orders into the one shipping bundle.

We offer a range of payment methods to help accomodate to the needs of our customers. These include Credit / Bank Card, Paypal and Afterpay.

As with each of our bodies, each garment is unique in sizing. This is due to the difference in cut / design / style and the intended 'fit'.

We want all of our customers to LOVE their purchases, and to get the best fit, first time around.

Here at GOLDEN our designs are 100% custom styles - this means we do not use basic manufacturing size charts. Our in house sampling allows us to tailor the fit, drape, flow and overall style of each and every garment.

Our size guide provides actual garment measurements. Please use these alongside your body measurements - in order to find which size is best suited to your body shape. We encourage focusing on the measurements rather then the size on the tag.

Please be aware that the way you choose to wear your garment, the fit you prefer and your comfort is priority. The majority of our garments are designed to be a looser fit, and as such, as a general rule we don't recommend 'sizing up'. However, you may find that you prefer your garments fitted, or less oversized and as such - your chosen size may differ depending on the garment.

We encourage cold hand washing & drying in a shadey spot (ideally laying flat). No harsh detergents, bleaching, soaking or drying machines.

At checkout you have the option to add your gift card or discount code to your order. This section can be found on the right hand side of the page on a desktop or by clicking Show Order Summary on mobiles. 

Only one discount can be redeemed per order, but a discount code and gift card can be used together on a single purchase.
